Aerospace
ML Machine has been manufacturing complex aerospace components for over 40 years and has been involved with production runs, spares, and prototypes. We’ve helped with critical launches such as the F22, Joint Strike Fighter, Boeing 787, 747-800, and the 737-300 winglet modification. Our quality system is designed for compliance with AS9100, allowing us to properly manage and document aerospace projects.
Medical
We have experience with multiple medical device manufacturers in the development, prototype, and full production of components for numerous device projects. We enjoy getting involved in the early stages of a project, and adding design-for-manufacturability value to the product development process, from early prototypes, qualification/validation testing, and into full scale production.
Industrial
We work with a wide variety of companies producing industrial systems in developing, prototyping, and producing parts for numerous different programs. These are usually unique proprietary designs, and our many years of experience with so many different materials allows us to provide value in supporting our customers from early R&D concepts to successful production launches.
